CD and Diskettes Background Image

I've seen some cd and floppy disks with a background image. Normally, when we explore them, there'll only be files and folders on a white background. How is this possible?

By placing a Desktop.ini file (hidden) in the directory.

guess you probably want more info...

Right click on a folder and choose "Customize this folder"
Make the changes you want.
Find the hidden file in that directory "desktop.ini" and put it in any other directory you want to look like that.
