catalyst 8.2 & drivercleaner

Im looking to update my display drivers to 8.2, but im not sure what the best way to do it is. Some people swear by driver cleaner and say that it is necessary to run it between driver installations. Others say that it delets needed files and corrupts systems.

What do you think? And how do you update your drivers?

well.. mm.. when i had nvidia i never had a problem installing drivers on top of each other...

but ati's are a bit more heavy and with some more bugs (they also change the control center often).. so i prefer to use driver cleaner sometimes
i really haven't had any problem with it cleaning drivers or windows cab files

but make sure u read the instructions carefully!
