cannot view System Information

when I want to open it "Help and Support Center" appears instead...do you know what causes this?

easiest permanent fix is:

on your start/programs/accessories/system tools/system information - right click properties...........

in the target box add /categories +all -loadedmodules after what is there in quotes so it looks like this:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe" /categories +all -loadedmodules

apply/ok then it will open correctly from now forward.....

just did your way but I still want my pc as original as it was
I can't uninstall System Tools so I can re-install them:huh: .
