Cannot Delete Attachments (IE7 Beta 3)

I went to manage my attachments using UserCP and there is no checkbox/delete button like there used to be. I'm not sure if it is related to IE7 Beta 3 or if it is a problem with VB 3.6.0 Beta 3.

I have taken a screenshot so you can see what I see.

Doesn't seem to be an IE 7 issue. I don't see any checkboxes on that page using Bon Echo (Firefox 2.0a3) either.
