Cannot Change Backgrounds

Hey !

I didn't do anything special on my pc, xp sp2, and somehow as you can see on the pics, i cannot change my desktop backgrounds.

it is like disabled.

I tryed to resotoring the pc 3 days back, and still the same.

Anyone seen this ?

This can be caused by Group Policy, is it a home machine, if so, then another user (if there is one) may have changed this setting accidently with some software. Get FreshUI its free from www.freshdevices.com it is a tinkering tool but by ticking the box under Prevent wallpaper change then unticking it, you might be able to reverse this situation
