Can´t delete that F****ng file!

I have a file that I can´t delete!

Every time I try to do it, I get a error msg saying that it can´t be deleted because someone else or/and a program is using it.

There is no other user and there is no other program using that file!

And that´s not all, when I have tryed the above the CPU goes to a 100% (process: explorer) and stays there until I log out/restarts.

Anyone had a similar/same problem?

You're getting that message because a program is using the file. Most likely, there's a service or program set to run on start-up, and that is what's using the file. Your easiest way to delete the file is to start up in safe-mode and delete it then. If that doesn't work, more drastic measures can be taken later. But try that for now.
