Can MS ISA block ads...

I installed ISA w/SP1 on my server...
Basically for caching,,, But the question,,, can ISA be configured to block ads and popups over the network?!?

I have'nt found any info or third partys yet... What I've tried does'nt work...

I think its in the Packet Filtering
