Can i get my pc to shut at a certain time automatically? i have xp

i wanted to know if there is a way i can get my my pc to shut downdown automatically after a certain time. ie 2 hours. i have windows xp

xp has built in power management:

right click ur desktop + go 2 properties. when the window open's click the screensaver tab @ the top. @ bottom click on power,this open's up power tab. change the setting as u like. u can set it 2 sleep/hibernate after 1,2,3.......hour's.

VERY handy if u jus go out + don't wan't ur comp on 6 hour's l8er.
