can anyone tell me what this error message means

The device, \Device\CdRom0, has a bad block.

my burner is giving me loads of errors whenever I try to burn a cd (unrecoverable hardware error) anyone have a clue about this? Don't want to have to drop a load of dollars on a new burner right now. thanks

for all error messages. Just copy the COMPLETE error message, copy and paste it there and "submit" for results and links for fixes.
