Can a second/separate toolbar be skinned like the xp bottom bar???

Hi yall, I've been wondering for some time now about this. I have the original XP toolbar on the bottom with the start menu, but I also made a toolbar along the top of my screen for my program icons.

The thing is, it looks really crappy compared to the XP visual styles... 1st) why didnt microsoft think to skin these extra toolbars 2nd) is there a way to get the visual style on em? 3) if not, are there any good toolbar programs out there?

I know what u mean & simpathise with you, as I've tried the same thing.

XP doesnt skin the toolbar normally, so the only alternative I am aware of is Object Desktop by stardock. (www.stardock.com)

but I dunno if that skins the same as XP.
