Calender?

Hey I was looking through all the tabs and i jus noticed, there is no calender, or i can't find it. Would a calender be good? For specific events maybe, like news or operating system events?

We don't have a calendar feature because we have no need for it. It is really pointless since we don't have events (like an Easter Egg Hunt or OSNN Day).

Well, those aren't necessarily the events i was talking about. I was thinking like upcoming events in the technology world, like processor debuts, operatings system debuts, stuff like that.
Also, this is simply a suggestion, in no way am i telling you guys how to run your forums, these are amazing as it is.

Those events are so few and far between I doubt it's worth it.

Something like that would probably get abused.

Whatever, I was thinking of a calender that would only be accessable by admins, mods, and newsposters...
As i said, it doesn't matter to me, simply a suggestion...

It's not a bad idea, I don't think there would be much demand for it though. Most people either know when something is coming up, or search for it.
