Cacheman and XP

I've used this program since Win95 and always seemed to help with the older computers. I ran it on this computer with ME and didn't seem to do much. Haven't installed it yet and was wondering if it really would do any good?
My specs:
P3 1gig, 512 PC133 Ram, ATI Radeon 64 VIVO, 40 gig HD (2 partions 15 and 25 megs)
I do a lot of CD burning and audio/video editing, and rarely any gaming if that helps
Thanks for any input

There is no need to manage ram in xp, and the os is better off doing it itself, on the other hand, there are a couple of cache tweaks that are fine with caheman, however, you can do them without the program

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
