Cable Modem Problom

Before i got xp i could download and around 50 kbs, now after getting xp it limits me to 30 kbs

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd recommend going to Speedguide.net and DSLreports.com, they have plenty of articles and forums discussing optimizing your registry settings and such for cable modem, you most likely will just have to change your rwin and MTU which there is a program on dslreports called drtcp which can help you do that easily
