Burning an ISO

Ok, so burning an .iso i can do. however this one is just a little too large for a CD. But when i try to burn it onto a dvd it refuses. How can i (if possible) extract the .iso, turn it into a bootable dvd iso and then burn it with Nero?

Use winrar right click .ISO and extract contents.

You can use ISO Buster, or mount the ISO on to the virtual drive if you're using Alcohol120%.

have you tried overburning?

also, give this a go, I don't know if it will give the option to burn to your dvd drive though....it's beta, but it worked nice for me.

small...install the program, all your iso's turn a cute little iso icon, right click that cute iso icon, it says on mine "send image to cd", maybe it will give you the dvd option if it exists on the box

Lee, tried that but once i burned it to the dvd it didnt work? Maybe its the settings i needed to play with.

I'm reading the tutorial on that program...it looks like you can pick your recorder...it should work.

I think the app will work, if it doesn't, download a trial of nero and overburn with that

I have Nero, and it was with Nero i tried overburn. It just refuses point blank.

I've been having alot of trouble with the newest version of nero..it wouldn't burn a bootable iso for me no matter what I did...that's how I found that little app

I use Ultraiso to rip, and Nero to burn.

Alcohol will ask you if you want to burn an iso to DVD media - give 120% a try.

it can be done with nero u just have to enable the expert features turn the red marker to 99min, make sure ur cd-writer supports 99min cds, and burn to 99min media.
