Good morning!

I have about 750 Word 2003 documents that all have footers. I need to update all 750 of the footers with an extra line of text. Is there any way to somehow automatically update the footer for each document or do I have to physically go in an update each document individually?

Footers are specific to the Word Document itself, and can't be modified/edited unless you open the document.

Sorry bucko, looks as if you have to go into each one.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
