i just bought this drive as my cdwriter has stop working. so i thought i would see if there was a firmware update so i went to btc website and they say to use a program called liveupdate. so i went to there website and downloaded it and installed it this is where the problem begins. when i ran the program it told me there was a new firmware so i downloaded it and went to install it problem is when the windows flash program loads it does not see my drive?
