Brightness n diplay properties in general

I have a problem n i dont have a clue how to solve i dont know what to do. I set the brightness in windows, save the settings, and when i reboot, it stays the way i saved it untill something loads up n then it has default settings, so i have to change it everytime i turn my computer on. Can anyone help ?? thx in advance

Does it happen everytime you retsart or did you install something before this started happening?
