ok, I just got back to my parents last night, and tried booting from my dads computer using my HDD, got a nasty stop error so had to reinstall. Is this some issue with the Devils0wn corp (yeah right) edition and shoddy activation cracking or does it happen anyway. I have a true corporate iso sat near to me, but haven't got the chance to install it yet (its not bootable - burnt by MS themselves), its irritating to have to reinstall everytime I switch systems. !!!

Somewhere along the line I had to reset the bios and for some reason I left it up at the year 2015 (not sure why)

After 14 years of usage (heh) StylesXP refused to run, my one year NAV subscription had also expired, is there anyway of tricking StylesXP into working again?
I don't want a crack, I was just wondering if anyone had located its (no doubt) hidden registry key ???

don't you just hate it when the damn things ban you...... I don't know why but I'd rather hunt the registry then pay for that damn program

Not fussed about going back to my swanky green start menu button, just I spent ages making my desktop look badass, then suddenly the tool I was using to do it, turned into a trial!

Here's my 2 cents...

I've noticed a few people stating they are losing their customizations by using these programs. Once I had my desktop looking the way I wanted, I did 2 things... I created a system restore point and I saved the current desktop theme into my own personal folder. At this point, you could un-install StyleXP and just apply the theme like any other... Just a thought...
