/Boot/BCD Error

Hi. I have 1 hdisk and 2 partitions. 1st partition has XP pro and 2nd Partition has Vista. Changed my mind and merged both partitions to XP using Partition Magic 8. After reboot there is an error : " /Boot/BCD error "
How can I fix it? Thanks. 🙁
