Blue Screen Of Death

Hi,
So a couple of days ago I had this problem I turned my Pc on and blue screen of death so I reinstalled windows and got it all back up and running but a couple of days later. I restart my pc and bam Blue screen of death saying Unmountable_Boot_Volume so I reinstall Windows again. Does anyone no what this is and how I can fix it before it happens again?

yh is there anyway to stop it happening. I am not exactly the best with Pc's
