blocked?

While using IE trying when to play a video as fist appears & it is blocked ,I have turned my earthlink popup blocker off ,I have sp2 applied it gave me the option to turn off temporally but the fist remains & thus I am blocked.
Can someone enlighten me as to what’s happening?

before you click the link press and hold down the Ctrl button, whilst holding it down click the link see if it works, ths is for IE6 but may work with others.
