blinking text in a dos program under XP

My text is blinking in a dos program.
It's only text what you can change whit the cursor.
Before installing the correct display driver, there was nothing wrong in dos enviroment.
I use win XP pro.
I tried all the dos options.
Who can help me?
Where can i find support for windows XP and its dos enviroment emulation?

And how exectly do you go to dos?
Its NT, so try NT commands.
