I did have the port open ... I did'nt understand it either. I'll try it again though. Does any one know of any other good clients ?? Besides the regular BitTorrent client ?

There are plenty of clients. Quite happy with the Official client at the moment myself :) Used to use Burst! on Windows. :)

do i have to configure my sygate to allow bit torrent to work properly or does it work fine by just allowing it permission to access my computer.

Giving BT full access rights in Sygate should allow data to pass through the required ports to the BT client. :)

Nice thing about the ABC client is you can set your upload speeds using either a % or just setting a max Kb/s ... although make sure you share or you won't get much download if you get any at all :) There are also many more nice features that I just can't think of right now as I'm doing a thousand other things :p

I'm using ABC now, but I've used the Experimental client at http://ei.kefro.st/projects/btclient/ and was very happy with it ... but now happier with ABC. I particularly like the remote administration feature, when I get it working correctly.

Well I got myself ABC today and I'm impressed. Definetly a lot better than the original bt client. I love it.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
