BIOS/sys preformance/over clock

Can someone give me some links and or advice to how I can set up my BIOS for optimal system preformance??? Also, is it okay to up my FSB??? If I was to up it, and the computer went unstable, would I be able to get back into the BIOS and tone it down??? I am not used to jumper settings and board multipyers......But if you have any advice/or websites that you would reccomend please post!!!! yayaya

Ps: My CPU Runs at 45 degrees celcius....No load bearing.....My specs are listed below......

If you do increase the FSB keep an eye on the divisors for PCI.
