Big driver problem with my ethernet card..Please Help!!!!

Here's the problem...
I don't know anything about my network card and I wanna use it to connect my PC to the Internet with the DSL system...
I have a dual boot...XP recognized the network card without a problem...the driver is working...

But I would like to connect Windows98 to the Internet with the fast DSL connexion...and 98 doesn't provide the right driver...
Where can I find a generic driver for my network card that would work for Win98?????????

Once again...I don't know anything about that card...
