actually if you own a copy of macromedia flash, you can import it as a movie clip and then export the whole thing as an avi...

I recommend http://www.geovid.com/flash_to_video_encoder_pro/
It converts swf or flv files to avi, asf, mp4, wmv. Allows to add your own logo to final video. I like it for easy-to-use interface. 🙂
