a nice card would be the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz...

its actually under $100 so you'll save yourself some bucks..

the Creative audigy series is good but a lot more hype than actual performance.. in hindsight I woulda bought something else... but it does its job and is an alternative to the Santa Cruz...

can get an Audigy 2 (6.1 channel... so if you want to upgrade later for whatever reason) OEM w/ drivers for $76.99 (free two day shipping, as well) here. Pretty nice site- bought a rediculous amount of stuff from this place for the last few puters Ive put together, so they are definitely a reliable source
