Best quiet PS to get?

I'm looking to get a new power supply that will be more quiet than my current antec 300w PS.

I'm not looking for anything fancy, just reliable, not too pricey, and above all quiet! 300w will do me good.

So far I've found Seasonic to have really good reviews as far as being quiet.

Anyone have any more suggestions?

A noisy PSU? Wha't it doing? Humming madly? Or spitting chips? Don't think any PSU's should be noisy. Major problem if it is.

actually there are some psu's that are quite noisy and not faulty

one being the vantec "stealth" psu's........had one but too damm noisy...
