Best Prices on Hardware & Software

#1
List your favorite sites for hardware and software buying. There are a lot of people that don't (at least in the US) know about anything but TigerDirect and Amazon.

Be sure to list if they are primarily hardware or software, and the region they apply to (as in U.K., or U.S., Canada, Australia, or any area you're from).

For US, here's my picks:
Hardware: http://www.pricewatch.com/
Games: http://gameprices.net/
Advice: http://www.techbargains.com/

And I always check out/rate any site in question at http://www.resellerratings.com/ so I don't get ripped off.

Both sites have free shipping on memory and cpu's. Check HDs and Vid cards for free shipping too.

www.essencompu.com best cpu total price
www.allstarshop.com very large selection, good prices

They have lots of hard to find, good quality brands that are very low price, like Lite-on optical drives.

If you want dirt cheap:

www.pcusa.com

buddy of mine builds and sells cheapo systems based on their stuff. He has had no trouble with them.

Software:
Look for sales at Best Buy or Frys if you are lucky enough to have one near you. On line prices are higher.

I always use them, I can reasonably expect overall good prices from them, their RMA policy is good, and I've built atleast 10 different PCs from them with no hassles and/or bad hardware. I just prefer to get it from one site and its all delivered on the same day. Usually 3 days, not bad for FedEx saver shipping Cali to Illinois.
