Best memory for Asus P4/PE

i know it supports DDR333 but i was considering the Corsair CMX512-3200C2PT 512MB PC3200 400Mhz 64Mx64 184 DIMM Cas2. Anyone have any suggestions? I bought the Asus P4/PE board but wanna get a good stick of memory.

Should be fine. It will clock down to the 333MHz speed or if you are into overclocking then you have the xtra bandwidth.
