Best Desktop Program

I want to know the best way for a desktop quicklaunch. I have tried objectdock and didnt like it very much. I really want this one but i dont know what it is? heres the link...

The one in the screenshot is not software...it's active desktop. Matt should be able to help you out with that...it's his screenshot after all 🙂

yeah, Matt does own on Active Desktops, and he's not too slow to toot the horn either...lol. He Would be the guy to ask.

Active desktop is pretty cool, but I'm way to lazy to work on that crap. I had a desktop like that once, now I can't seem to do it again! Oh well.
