The only problem is that the NFL will argue that they are a League, therefore NOT public, and less subject to public scrutiny

SHOULD there be oversight?? Absolutely, but I doubt anyone on this site will ever see it in our time...

the legislative branch should have NO jurisdiction over this tapping of other teams

it is NOT illegal to tape a team, it's just against the rules and the legislative are just looking for something to make beleive they are doing

look, everyone knows I have no use for teams or people that cheat their system, but the legislative shoudl stfu and do what we elected them for
