The BBC is going to be making hundreds of programmes available on the Azureus Zudeo for free.

Entire back catalogues appear to be being posted such as Monty Python, Little Britain and Red Dwarf.

Sounds like a pretty cool idea to me.

Free? I read they were making us pay for stuff (HAR!) earlier, well this is even better :D

edit: mrgh
No pricing structure for the BBC content on Zudeo has been revealed.
..and it's all DRM'd. Lovely. :(

The BBC have a thing for Real Media and Windows Media, so for distribution, I'm guessing it'll be some form of WM.

BBC have some excellent programs, good news!

Someone will come up with a way to strip the DRM I suppose?

Yup, DRM is pretty much worthless these days.

Still, there's always the other side of BitTorrent to get yer BBC content :)

yay for little britain :D

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
