Bandwidth monitor

I need to find a bandwidth monitor to track how much I download in a month preferably a free one. Does anyone use one or have used one in the past? Also whats your average monthly usage at if you do use one already? With internet providers talking about charging by the gigabyte I figured I would see where I stand on a monthly bandwidth usage. It wont be 100% accurate since it cant track my ps3 or 360 rates and warhammmer online isn't out yet, but it will get me in the ballpark range.

np I have the same problem with my provider. Caped at 60GB/month, plus I suspect throttling as well.
