I just got a new box, and the balloon tips on this forum are now gone.

the browser as of now is set to default, so it's not a change I made.

anyone know what to do to get them back?

Possibly, I don't recall the option of disabling the title attribute in most browsers though, so it's likely to be an external app (some silly anti-paranoia tool most likely).

Just need to hover your cursor over the links/tables for a few seconds.

In firefox they show up all bad because it does not count the <br> or \n properly.
