Backup / restore Microsoft XP and Outlook Setting?

Genie soft makes a back up program for outlook ..

If you are talking about the whole system, which it sounds like to me, the best thing to do is make an image of your hd, then if something happens you can go back to it .. You can set the imaging software, like acronis, to save a backup in certian intervals of time periods. You can set to back up whenever you want, whether you want it to be every night, or once a week.
