Backup OF mail.

I am running out look and am prolly about to completly whipe my drive and reinstall I want all my mail backed up., if I use export and as a PSt does that backup all my mail and everything and folders and shit? the file is like 89MB.
I was able to find the user data and mail and everything in 2k but cannot in xp.

Make sure you can view hidden files. Tools / folder options in an explorer window. Or just search for *.pst making sure search option "hidden and system files" is enabled under advanced.
