Backing Up Mail

I am running outlook and am prolly about to completly whipe my drive and reinstall I want all my mail backed up., if I use export and as a PSt does that backup all my mail and everything and folders and shit? the file is like 89MB.
I was able to find the user data and mail and everything in 2k but cannot in xp.

If you are running outlook and not outlook express the do a search for *.pst and grab this file. You need not export. Then after you reinstall you can import it in and get all yer stuff.

Koo.. I went ahead and made an export of it as well.
