AVI to MPEG or VCD

i need a prog that can take a AVI probbaly divx and put it to MPEG or VCD

can nero do it???

i need this info as fast as possabe

Nero 5.5.9.9 w/ the SVCD plugin will convert avi to svcd. There's probably similar plugins for other versions of nero.

There's another program that I can't remember the name of (bbmpeg i think), its free, do a search on google. It will convert avi to mpg for you, at least in theory, I never actually used it.

DVD2SVCD will convert an AVI to SVCD (and supposedly VCD, but I never can get that to work)
