Auto-Lock workstation?

How can I automatically lock the workstation if the computer is idle?
I figured you could activate it with the screensaver feature or better, when power management acivates...

Or, you could get ActiveSaver (http://download.com.com/3000-2407-1508496.html?tag=lst-0-1) and have it run:
%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
