It's just a cropped section of a SS from a Quick Launch (Q - Lunch) menu in YsDock.... I just moved it down there and pasted it so it wouldn't block the rest of the view.....

Just attach the picture to your message. Down at the bottom of the reply screen right above the submit button there is a brose button for you to attach an image. Make sure it fits the forum guidelines first, there is probably a link to them in the first post in the thread by Psuedokiller
