is there a way to rip the audio from a quicktime video file to make an mp3 or wav file?

If you happen to have Adobe Premiere, you can do it. You might have to convert from Quicktime format to AVI first, and then rip the audio, but I'm not certain that you have to.

If you don't have Premiere and don't feel like spending a few hundred dollars, then you can use TRMOOV to convert from QT to AVI. (http://www.downrecs.com/software.html) Then you can use any number of apps to rip the audio. I recommend AVI2WAV. (http://www.divx-digest.com/software/avi2wav.html)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
