Tutorial for converting wav to shorten files. I am guessing that with the same program (EAC) you can convert it back to wav and to MP3.

I think dBpoweramp may be able to do it in one step

I've never converted from SHN to MP3 without decoding to WAV first. Softsound's site has the program that will decode to WAV format.
