Not sure this goes here but Norton Personal Firewall 2002 is flipping out on me.

about every 5 seconds it is giving me the same warning.

"Attempt to connect to local computer using the Netspy Trojan horse blocked"

googled it and found another forum post on it with 2003 norton anti.

They suggested use spybot (updated) adaware 6.0

no luck with the problem.

they also pointed this out http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/w...ode=&contentId=A28500-2003Mar15&notFound=true

But the work around doesnt do anything for personal firewall 2002.

Any suggestions?

I agree with -Kc-.

any one of the other firewalls mentioned by KC are great. I would go with sygate. then outpost, :)

Why worry about it, your firewall is doings it's job if it is blocking it. :)

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
