ati rage mobility for cf-x1b series panasonic laptop

a friends just bought one of these and is looking for xp drivers, can anyone help?

The drivers are included on the Windows XP installation CD and should be automatically installed...They do NOT support OpenGL and according to the ATI site, I am not sure whether Direct3d is even supported or not(they say it is a display device driver and ONLY a display device driver)
