ATi Rage 128

I have an old ATi Rage 128 but when I run games which are 2D I get no filtering which makes the graphics look pixelated.

I got filtering under Windows 9x using this card but not under Windows XP or 2000 using the latest XP/2000 drivers for it.

My GeForce 2 Ti is fine under XP but this card is for my brothers PC and he does not want to go back to using 9x/ME.

Is there a patch or fix or something?
