My computer crashes without fail every time i try to pause t.v.

Why is this? I tried every driver, and they haven't given me any help, I just spent 300$ cdn on this card, (No refunds allowed) and I want everything to work, so..any ideas?

Need more info, what kind of system? what software are you using? what exactly are you doing when it crashes?

Any error messages? etc.

Let me know and I'll try to help😀

Hmm..i seemed to have fixed it..

I got a new ver of the drivers..uninstalled old, installed new..now all is good, i can pause t.v. WOOT!

If you spent $300 on a card why didn't you do look into the product before shelling out the cash?

Sorry man, I just have no pity for people who have to get the latest and greatest without (from observation of the post) researching the product.

Download the latest drivers from ati.com, remove all software and hardware drivers from XP and reboot your machine. Then point the machine to the latest drivers for the hardware and install the multimedia software in the order that the documentation states.

If that doesn't work, send in a trouble ticket to ATI and take a hint that bragging rights on components for your pc will not get you chicks.

Chill out Sooprmncntwlk

Sooprmncntwlk, u need sex or sumthing. calm down man

Yeah..I read all the specs for about 3 weeks

And this is really not the latest/greatest..

It's just that the tech support and stuff on the stie aren't so descriptive 😛

I got it eventually though...

I do have another question, where do I decide how much room is allocated to me pausing t.v.? And what happens when i ran out of that limit?
