ATI on a laptop

My laptop is running Windows XP Pro and has an ATI 3D Rage LT Pro Video card. Under Control panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager an error is flagged in the Sound, Video and Games Controllers. I am informed that the ATI WDM Bt829 Video is unable to load.

The driver is 6.13.10.5118 Microsoft Windows hardware Compatibility Publisher and is digitally signed.

Any ideas?

Go to the manufacturer on this. Most laptops take proprietary drivers, so you'll need to download it from them.
