Windows XP

Windows 2000

Windows 98

Changelog For 3.7

Also a VERY interesting note by Terry Makedon A.K.A. CATALYST maker...... (thanks Warp2search)

Just as a side note, the upcoming CATALYST 3.8 will be the most innovative and significant CATALYST release ever, so keep your eyes out for that one!

Droooooollll!!!!
;)

Hmmm,

Catalyst 3.8 are gonna be the biggest release ever for ATi, they do 12 releases a year (one a month), which should put this in line for an October Release.

Now what else comes out around the end of September / Begining of October.....

Half Life 2

Coincidence?

:D

are they offical? (LOL Nevermind, they are  )

Thanx for the links :)

Downloading my needed version now :D

Does anyone know the release date exactly of 3.8?

Cant wait to try out these 3.7's :D

Thanx once again

perhaps it will be with added 'nix support... there is 2d support but the 3d support is a little behind the ball.. they have been trying to up the ante and results should be decent...

alternatively it is possible that the new openGL standard will be approved and features in the hardware will be exposed...

have not dl'ed the new cat's @ the moment... waiting for some info on the new MMC... :)

8.6 is supposed to be kickass... hopefully it is

ati tries to get a WHQL release out every month or so.. though no guarantee's

ergo.. sometime in october you should see the 3.8's... or as terry will say... when they are ready :D

It fixes counter-strike and alt-tab.
nuff said.

i am really suprised about ATI's Driver release speeds. I didnt know up until now that they release roughly about one every month.. This is great news! :)

I recently had a Geforce on my system and i loved the fast driver updates and i thought i was expecting a driver once every 4months witht eh ATI Drivers or something really long spaced releases

Im happy now :)

Thank you everyone :)

Well, its not necessarily once a month - they say they will realease a minimum of 12 driver updates a year.

But im sure you can work out the rest.

Just noticed this - still to test drive it thought....

The CATALYST™ driver now provides a Triple Buffering Option. Enabling Triple Buffering has the potential to increase performance under certain conditions. Please refer to the help file of the feature for additional information. This new feature is located in the OpenGL Compatibility Settings tab.

This option appears to be DISABLED by default.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
