Asus Magic mx 200

I realy need your advice,
I use an Asus Magic (Nvidia G-force 2MX 100/200 ) display card.
my problem is that i was able to find only the betta version of the XP drivers (the betta version SUCKS!!!).
so my question is: do I really need the spesific asus drivers, and if I do where can I find them.

that is what i am using now, but still some games (GTA3, Operation Flashpoint etc.) are working a little slow.
is there anything i can do to make them work faster?
